Pay in 30 days


This option allows you to purchase the item and pay within 30 days from the purchase that

Add item to basket and select 'Pay Later with Klarna' when checking out

Confirm all of your details in checkout and place your order

You will receive a email from klarna with payment instructions and item which are wanting to keep payments will need to be made within 30 days

This option allows you to split the price of the item over 3 interest-free instalments

Klarna FAQ's

Am i eligible for klarna finance?

To use Instalments you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Instalments is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Instalments, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

Will there be a credit check and will it affect my score?

On Klarna’s pay in 3 Instalments product we may run a soft credit search that does not affect a customers credit score and is only visible on your credit file by you and Klarna. Neither Klarna nor the merchant run credit searches that could impact your credit rating. This includes at the point of application, if a payment is missed, or if the outstanding balance enters a debt collection stage.

How do statements work?

If you have chosen to Pay in 30 days, we’ll send you an email explaining how and when to pay.

Can i pay less monthly?

You can choose to pay your minimum payment amount rather than the interest-saver payment amount. Your monthly minimum payment is the amount you need to pay to avoid incurring late fees on your Klarna Account. You should be aware that if you choose to make the minimum payment instead of your interest-saver payment you will lose your promotional plan offer and the remaining balance will start to incur interest at 18.9% APR (variable).

Is klarna a secure way to pay?

Payment information is processed securely by Klarna. No card details are transferred to or held by the merchant. All transactions take place via connections secured with the latest industry standard security protocols.

Can i make early payment?

Yes! If you want to pay the outstanding balance of your Instalments purchase early, simply log in at the top of the page, go to the order page and select “Pay off early”.

What happens if i miss a payment?

If using pay later, payment is typically due 14 or 30 days after the order is shipped, depending on the store. To help you pay on time, we’ll alert you by email two days before a payment is due. 


If paying in instalments Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Instalments purchase from the card that you entered at checkout. You can find out when your payments will be taken in the email that you received at the time of purchase or by logging in to Klarna. If the automatic payment fails, we will try again after seven days. If this payment also fails, we will make another attempt after a further seven days (14 days after the date of the first attempt)

Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s Instalments product even if you have failed to pay on time.

I did not receive my order but have received my statement

You don’t have to pay for goods you haven’t received. Contact us for an update on your order. We would also advise you to dispute the order within the app or by logging in on the website, by doing so your invoice will be paused. Remember Klarna has your back with our Buyers Protection

I Havn't received my statement yet

Please contact Klarna to confirm that the email address you’ve used is correct. Once confirmed, you can log in at www.klarna.com or use the Klarna app, where you will find your orders and payment schedule information.

What happens if i want to cancel/return my order?

Please contact us by sending us a message on our contact us page.


Only pay for what you keep. If you return part, or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement as soon as we have processed your return.

If there is a delay in registering your return Klarna will issue a new payment due date for the items you have decided to keep.

What happens with my refund?

Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout. As soon as the merchant has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.


If you are using Financing, your refund will be available as a positive balance in your account with Klarna. This allows you to purchase again using your account at any participating online stores.

If you have paid for your order with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card. Returned or cancelled orders should first be registered with the online store.

The refund will be processed within the next 14 days of the online store logging the returned or cancelled order.
